Q: What is the combustion duration of your briquettes/pellets?

The combustion duration can vary based on factors such as the type of boiler and its operating conditions.

Q: How does the calorific value (GCV) of your briquettes/pellets compare to coal?

Generic coal has a GCV of around 3200 kcal/kg, while private industries often use coal between 4000-5000 kcal/kg. The GCV of our briquettes/pellets is between 3400-4200 kcal/kg.

Q: What is the steam generation potential of your briquettes/pellets?

As a general rule, approximately 3000 kcal of energy can generate 3 kg of steam. Considering a steam enthalpy of 540 kcal/kg at 180°C, the fuel requirement can be estimated as: (kg of steam x 540 kcal/kg) / GCV of fuel.

Q: Can existing coal boilers be used to burn your briquettes/pellets?

Yes, coal boilers can generally burn briquettes, but it's important to ensure the boiler's CFM (cubic feet per minute) and water gauge (pressure measurement for air) are appropriately adjusted for optimal combustion
